Wallhangings
Due to size of the wallings these will not be able to use the local delivery option service. We can ship via post or pick up from the studio. And can take 5 business days to dispatch.

Yes if you live in Melbourne, we have a studio you can visit by booking an appointment via this link below.

Do you do weddings? When do I need to book by?
Yes. Head on over to our wedding page to arrange a quote. Book early! We are in demand.
I want my arrangement delivered a specific day. Can I arrange that?
For local courier delivery you can select a date on the cart page.
You can select your gift recipient's address via the local delivery at checkout.
Please note : For Parcel Post Shipping you are unable to pick a delivery date.
Can I add a note to my order?
Certainly. Please see the notecard field on the product pages. You can also upgrade your gift cards by purchasing an add-on on the product page.
How long do dried flowers last?
Dried floral arrangements can last for years when shown a little bit of after care.
1. Keep out of direct sunlight.
Our flowers are very much real and can become faded or fragile over time if left in constant sunlight.
2. Ensure your space is well ventilated
To avoid mould growing on your arrangements ensure there is good airflow in your space. This is particularly important if you live in humid climate.

Will my arrangement arrive as pictured?
We do our very best to provide images that showcase current colours and key flower varieties that will feature in your arrangement. However, from time to time if a particular flower or colour isn't available, we will replace it with one of equal or greater value.
You can always be sure your arrangement will wow on arrival.

What happens if my blooms are damaged by the courier?
While we take every measure to ensure your flowers reach you as anticipated if there is any unforeseen damage please contact us. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
