Q: What are your hours?
A: Online we are open 24 hours and I will try my best get back to you within 24 hours.

Q: How do I place an order?
A: You can shop our collections online! The easiest way to place an order is by shopping on our website. Feel free DM me on Instagram or Facebook or via email for any questions. Customs happy to take quotes and purchase via bank transfer.   

Q: Do you have a physical store?
A: No but we do however do pop ups shop in local centres and markets!

Q: Do you do weddings?
A: Yes! Love doing Weddings! Please email or DM for quotes. We do wall installations and arch’s as well!

Q: Do you deliver?
A: Absolutely! Yes. We deliver to the Melbourne Metro / Mornington Peninsula for $15 delivery fee. 

Q: Do you offer same day deliveries?
A: 
 No, all orders must be placed at least 5 business days prior. You can DM me and double check just in case I have a sneaky sec! 

Q: Do you have a return policy?

Q: How long do dried arrangements last for? 
A: They can last for years! For more information check out our After Care page

Q: Do you deliver flowers outside of Melbourne?
A: Currently we are shipping Australia wide for a flat rate fee of $15

Q: Where do you source your flowers and gifting products?
A: We work with a handful of local wholesalers and importers to ensure we can offer the best product possible!
